TalentWarden
Private beta

Privacy

Last updated 30 October 2026. TalentWarden is a private beta, and this page describes how it handles email today.

Who this covers

What we collect

How we use it

We use this information only to run the service: to evaluate a recruiter's message against the user's preferences, to draft a reply, to notify the user, and, once the user approves, to send that reply to the sender. We do not sell personal information, we do not send marketing email, and we do not use anyone's information for advertising.

Who processes it for us

These providers act on our behalf. We do not share message content with anyone else.

Email we send

We send one-to-one messages only: notifications to a user's own inbox, and replies to people who wrote to a user's alias, after the user approves. We do not use open or link tracking. If you are a sender and want no further email from us, write to abuse@talentwarden.dev and we will stop. Addresses that bounce or report spam are suppressed.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep email and related data for as long as the user's account is active. During the beta, anyone can ask us to delete their personal information, whether they are a user or a sender whose message we received, by writing to hello@talentwarden.dev. We will respond and act on the request promptly.
