Terms of use
Last updated 30 October 2026. These terms cover the TalentWarden private beta.
The service
TalentWarden provides email aliases and an assistant that screens messages sent to them. The service is in a private beta, by invitation, and may change, pause, or stop at any time. It is provided as is, without warranties.
Using TalentWarden
- Use only an alias assigned to you, and only for receiving legitimate correspondence such as recruiting outreach.
- Don't use TalentWarden to send spam, bulk or unsolicited mail, or anything unlawful, deceptive, or abusive.
- You are responsible for what you approve. Nothing is sent to another person on your behalf until you approve it.
- Don't try to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.
Email we send
TalentWarden sends one-to-one, plain-text email only: notifications to a user's own inbox, and approved replies to people who wrote to the user's alias. We honour requests to stop emailing an address, and we suppress addresses that bounce or report spam. See the privacy page for how data is handled.
Ending access
We may suspend or remove access to an alias or the service, particularly if these terms are broken or the service is misused. You can stop at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your data on request.
